The Mid-Atlantic Community Papers Association is an organization of free community papers and shoppers in:

Pennsylvania
Ohio
New York
New Jersey
Washington, D.C.

Delaware
Maryland
Virginia
West Virginia

If your publication is located in one of the above states and meets the following requirements, a membership in MACPA is what you need!

75% of Published Print Revenue of the Parent Company is from Free Circulation
Publish at stated intervals with a minimum of 12 times per year
Continuity... as a title and general nature of content issue to issue
Circulation/Distribution... separate and not part of any other publication

Our goal is to provide publishers of independently owned, free circulation publications with a source for education, marketing, and networking. We encourage ethical advertising practices and help you achieve success through the use of our many resources.
