Interested in a membership with MACPA?

Do you fit one of the following requirements?
As a Regular Member…
You are a publisher who derives at least 75 percent or more of your publication revenue from free-circulation papers, and all of whose free-circulation papers meet the following uniform requirements:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Free Circulation.
  • Published at State intervals with a minimum of 12 times a year.
  • Continuity…as a title and general nature of content from issue to issue.
  • Advertising…from numerous and unrelated advertisers in each issue.
  • Code of Ethics/Ethical Business Practices…conforming to that enacted by the Mid-Atlantic Community Papers Association.
  • Circulation/Distribution…separate and not part of any other publication.

 As an Associate Member…
You are a business who can provide services and goods to the publishers of the Mid-Atlantic Community Papers Association.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You are a publisher who can provide services and goods to fellow publishers of the Mid-Atlantic Community Papers Association and derive at least 75 percent or more of your publication revenue from free-circulation papers, and all of whose free-circulation papers meet the requirements of a regular membership.
